PixelPup is a tool that helps you create children's books with AI-generated illustrations. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Your content

You retain ownership of the books and other content you create with the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create content that is illegal, infringes on others' rights, sexualizes minors, depicts real people without consent, or violates the policies of our underlying AI providers. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

AI output

AI-generated illustrations and text may contain mistakes, biases, or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing output before sharing or printing.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelPup will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
