Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-05-08

This Privacy Policy describes how PixelPup (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and services (the “Service”). This is a generic placeholder — the final policy will be reviewed before launch.

Information we collect

When you sign up for the waitlist or create an account, we collect the email address you provide. If you sign in with a third-party provider (such as Google), we also receive your name and profile picture from that provider. We collect basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to operate and improve the Service.

How we use information

We use your information to operate the Service, communicate with you about your account and the launch, generate the content you request, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing with third parties

We share information with service providers that help us run the Service — including hosting, authentication, analytics, payment processing, and AI image generation providers. These providers process information on our behalf under contractual obligations.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies for authentication and to remember your preferences. We use analytics tools to understand how the Service is used in aggregate.

Your rights

You can request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. If you delete your account, we will remove your associated data within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.

Children

PixelPup is intended for adults creating books for children. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email.
